现担任冠龙（天津）保安服务有限公司行政部经理，从业以来，曾荣获2024年“海河工匠杯”技能大赛——天津市第三届保安员职业技能大赛第二名；在2024年天津市妇女联合会、天津市精神文明建设办公室、天津市总工会联合主办的“点赞最美女性”活动中，冠龙（天津）保安服务有限公司保安员李竞荣登活动“光荣册”，获得“最美女保安”称号。

2020年她入职冠龙（天津）保安服务有限公司担任保安员一职，入职保安队伍以来，李竞始终坚守在工作岗位上，兢兢业业、任劳任怨。无论是严寒酷暑，还是节假日，她都能认真履行自己的职责。她深知保安工作的重要性，时刻保持高度的警惕性，为保障所服务区域的安全付出了不懈的努力。
