“我宣誓：忠于中华人民共和国宪法，维护宪法权威，履行法定职责……”今年12月4日是第十一个国家宪法日，为进一步弘扬宪法精神，引导干警维护宪法权威、坚定法治信仰，上海市高级人民法院于当日举行 “弘扬宪法精神 忠诚司法为民”宪法宣誓仪式。

上午10时，迎国旗入场。全体干警面向国旗，高唱国歌。上海市高级人民法院党组书记、院长、二级大法官贾宇为2024年度经市人大常委会任命审判职务的22位法官颁发任命书。

在贾宇的监誓下，上海市高级人民法院党组副书记、副院长、一级高级法官陆卫民带领全体法官高举右拳，面向国旗，作出忠于宪法、忠于祖国、忠于人民的庄严宣誓。

在贾宇的监誓下，陆卫民带领22位法官庄严宣誓

弘扬宪法精神，维护宪法权威，保证宪法实施，是人民法院的职责所系。“我们要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，把司法工作与党的事业、国家事业紧密联系起来，立足本职工作，用有力量、有是非、有温度的司法裁判回应人民群众对公平正义的所思所盼……”参加宣誓的法官一致表示，要做宪法的忠实崇尚者、自觉遵守者和坚定捍卫者，坚定理想信念，忠实履职尽责，践行司法为民，锤炼过硬作风，为推动上海法院工作高质量发展，为上海加快建成具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市贡献力量。

宣誓仪式由上海市高级人民法院党组成员、政治部主任王理秋主持。上海市高级人民法院党组成员、院领导、局级干部，各部门负责人参加宣誓仪式。上海市高级人民法院刑事审判庭副庭长胡亚斌作为法官代表发言。
