顺美青年志愿服务队扎根志愿服务8年，依托仁和顺美党群服务中心、零距离社工事务所、顺美学校、和悦养老照料中心、顺美e-时尚等多个服务阵地，积极搭建“志愿列车”服务矩阵，开启包含党建宣传、为老服务、应急救护、亲子教育等志愿服务“直通车”，将专业、细致、周到的服务送进“企业站”“银发站”“校园站”“社区站”，以志愿服务传播时代好风气，让温暖在城市脉搏中奔涌流淌。

顺美青年志愿服务队依托顺美党群服务中心持续为新业态劳动者开展志愿服务。为切实解决高顺产业园区内新业态劳动者实际需求,顺美青年志愿服务队成立“儿童之家”，以“小小志愿者”的力量为新业态劳动者提供防暑服务保障，同时吸纳新业态劳动者、高顺产业园区内职工子女，开展暑期志愿服务活动。

顺美青年志愿服务队依托顺美学校，以深厚的服装专业力量为黄城根小学顺义分校、顺义五中等服务点位提供服装专业课程，从“一针一线”到“娃衣”设计，再到马面裙的制作与展示，充分激活服装文化校园活力，以传统文化浸润校园文化，将美育融入教育活动的各环节。

根基实际需求
便民服务零距离
在零距离社工事务所，顺美青年志愿服务队落实服务群众职责，提供养老慰问、党建宣讲、组织孵化、知识培训、亲子活动等服务，协同仁和镇社会心理服务中心为辖区居民普及心理健康知识，开展困境儿童走访帮扶等活动，有效为基层治理注入动力。
