近日，上海市新收犯监狱职工书屋被中华全国总工会命名为全国“职工书屋”，被上海市总工会命名为第26届上海市读书节“最美阅读空间”，标志着新收犯监狱工会职工文化阵地建设工作再上新台阶！

监狱职工书屋依托“职工之家”，服务于广大会员。书屋总面积304平方米，设有借阅区、电子阅读区、阅览区和会议室，配备阅读电脑、图书架、沙发椅等设施，目前藏书12000余册。书屋由监狱工会直接管理，设有专、兼职图书管理员，负责日常管理工作。同时，书屋还开辟了党工阵地、玫瑰书墙等专题板块，并积极联系书商营造温馨阅览环境。

“阅读悦享”读书会

自2023年下半年起，监狱职工书屋开展“阅读悦享”的读书活动，广大民警特别是青年同志在阅读中思考和积累，收获知识的同时也获得快乐和力量！

书香浸润思想
2023年下半年以来，职工书屋先后共开展16期读书活动，大家在读书中感受阅读魅力，享受诗韵书香里的人生真谛。大家以书修心，用文字抚平躁动，充实思想。

党纪学习教育期间，监狱将一期读书会主题定为“坚守廉洁，弘扬清风正气”，围绕《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等党纪法规内容，开展纪律法规青年朗读和知识竞赛，引领每个民警争做为警清廉的模范践行者。

监狱为警娃们爱上阅读提供暖心园地，民警们与子同悦，携子共度，一起追风，也追梦。从警娃学堂，到亲子读书会，民警们与警娃们在职工书屋一起养成爱读书的好习惯。
